Better recruiting starts before the first conversation

Why recruiting anyone is exhausting and how to choose with criteria whom you invite.

Many distributors invite anyone. Later they get frustrated because few move forward. The problem is rarely the person: it is the lack of criteria when choosing.

Define who you want on your team

Write down what a person who fits your organization looks like: what they look for, how much time they have and which values they share with you.

Invite with clarity

A clear invitation says what the conversation is for, how long it lasts and what decision will be made at the end. It removes ambiguity and attracts those who are ready.

Evaluate after the first week

First-day enthusiasm says little. Observe who does what was agreed during the first week and spend your time on those people.
