Almost every distributor who grows reaches the same point: they do so many things that no time is left for the one thing only they can do. Delegating is not letting go of the business. It is deciding which tasks you keep and which another person can do with clear instructions.
Start with what repeats
For a week, write down everything you do. Mark the tasks that repeat and do not need your judgment: confirming appointments, sending materials, updating lists, welcoming a new member. That is your first list.
Delegate the result, not just the task
A task without an expected result turns into a daily question. Explain what result you need, by when, and which decisions the other person can make without asking you.
Review on a fixed rhythm
Delegating does not mean disappearing. Agree on a weekly moment to review progress. Over time that review gets shorter and your calendar gets freer.
